Cayetano is also a talented visual artist who has created murals, paintings, sculptures and other artwork that draw on the colorful heritage of his Garifuna roots.
The entire Cayetano family is a creative force to be reckoned with. Pen’s wife Ingrid creates unique artwork, needlework, and handmade instruments. In the studio, you’ll find her homemade jellies and teas for sale. Their daughter Mali has written several children’s books that illuminate the Garifuna cultureof her family’s heritage.
