  • Belize: Starting July 14th, 2022, Belize removed all Covid-19 entry requirements, including mandatory travel insurance, making your Belize exploration easier and more relaxing.
  • Guatemala: If you’re heading to Guatemala, remember to meet one of these entry requirements: 
    • -Present a negative PCR or Antigen test conducted within 72 hours prior to your arrival.
    • -Show proof of vaccination with a complete schedule.

Standard Individual DEPOSIT POLICY  

  • Your booking confirmation necessitates a nonrefundable deposit of US $25 for each service, payable immediately.

  • The full payment will be seamlessly processed within 16 days prior to the commencement of the service.

  • Please be aware that the confirmation email might display charges in both US Dollars and Belizean Dollars (BZE). This dual representation is meant to provide clarity regarding the associated costs.

    • Kindly be informed that the exchange rate between US Dollars and Belizean Dollars is US $1.00 = BZ$2.00.

  • Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention the possibility of additional charges from your credit card company for foreign transactions. While we have no authority over these charges, we recommend reaching out to your bank to address any queries or concerns regarding supplementary fees. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Barefoot Services retains the authority to apply or waive a reservation deposit charge to your credit card.

CancellationPolicy

Standard Individual CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests are exclusively accepted in written form, sent to BarefootServicesBelize@Gmail.com.
  • For cancellations made over 15 days before the service start date, a full refund will be issued, excluding the nonrefundable US $25.00 deposit per service.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the service start date will result in an 85% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date will lead to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the service start date are not eligible for a refund.

Standard Individual DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY for services during 

the date period December 20 through January 10.

(Kindly note that these dates experience high demand and are anticipated to be fully booked. We recommend proceeding with a reservation only if you are absolutely certain of your plans.)

  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the service start date are not eligible for a refund.
