The Deep Rainforest Exploration Belize Waterfalls Tour (see video) is an immersive inland adventure that takes guests into the heart of Belize’s lush tropical rainforest in search of hidden waterfalls, jungle trails, and refreshing natural pools. This experience is ideal for travelers who want to actively explore Belize’s wild landscapes while learning about the country’s rich biodiversity and conservation efforts.
The journey leads into the foothills of the Maya Mountains, often within or near the renowned Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, the world’s first jaguar reserve. Surrounded by dense jungle, flowing rivers, and towering trees, guests hike scenic rainforest trails that reward their efforts with cascading waterfalls and cool jungle swims.
Throughout the day, knowledgeable local guides share insight into medicinal plants, wildlife habitats, and rainforest ecosystems, transforming the hike into a meaningful and educational experience rather than just a walk in the jungle.
This is a moderate to active rainforest tour that includes hiking on natural jungle trails, uneven terrain, and some inclines. Trails may be muddy or slippery, especially after rainfall. Guests should be comfortable walking for extended periods in warm, humid conditions and navigating forest paths. The pace is guided and supportive, with time for rest, swimming, and photography.

To confirm a request, a nonrefundable deposit of US $25 is required immediately for a (one) service.
When they are booked individually. This does not apply for group services, group bookings, personalized itineraries, and other combined services.
The balance will be processed within 16 days of the service begin date.
All our rates are quoted in USD dollars.

Take note that US $1.00 is converted to Belize $2.00.
